2.3 No Monetary Value: Regardless of how rewards are displayed, they hold no actual cash value and are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed via methods made available by CashJoy.
2.4 Rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. CashJoy may modify, revoke, or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are detected.
3.1 Prohibited VPN/Proxy Use: Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, VPS, or similar tools to mask your location or device identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
3.2 Multiple Accounts: Only one account per person and household is allowed. Violations may lead to suspension of all related accounts.
3.3 ID Verification: We may request ID verification (KYC) if suspicious activity is detected or upon withdrawal. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
3.4 Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
3.5 Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed, and any unredeemed rewards forfeited.
3.6 For account reviews or appeals, email [email protected] within 7 days of suspension notice. CashJoy’s decision is final.
4.1 CashJoy brings relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include shopping offers, survey offers, and other relevant tasks.
4.2 CashJoy acts as an intermediary and is not affiliated with any ad agency or company that promotes their products on our app.
4.3 In the event that a third-party partner/company does not receive the necessary requirements pertaining to the offer (e.g., tracking failure), they may not provide the incentive associated with the offer, resulting in the user not receiving any coins.
4.4 CashJoy is not responsible for non-issuance of incentives in such scenarios. Users are encouraged to carefully review and fulfill the requirements specified by the respective companies offering the incentives.
5.1 Rewards may only be redeemed through channels offered by CashJoy. All redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.
5.2 If a specific reward is unavailable, we may substitute a similar alternative of equal value.
5.3 We may hold reward payments for up to 90 days if fraud is suspected or if a third-party advertiser requires a specific verification period.
6.1 You are solely responsible for determining any tax obligations arising from rewards earned on CashJoy.
6.2 CashJoy does not withhold or pay taxes on your behalf.
6.3 Please consult a tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.
7.1 The CashJoy platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2 We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.3 We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the website, app, or content errors.
8.1 We may revise these Terms at any time without specific notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
